A pale straw-yellow hue with shimmering glimmers. On the nose, it offers a delicate bouquet of white flowers, citrus fruits like lemon and grapefruit, and subtle hints of green apple and pear. A touch of minerality adds complexity to the aromatic profile.
The wine is crisp and refreshing, with a vibrant acidity on the palate. Flavours of ripe pear, white peach, and a hint of almond complement the citrus notes from the nose. The finish is clean and lingering, with a subtle mineral touch. This versatile wine pairs beautifully with various dishes, including grilled seafood, light pasta dishes with creamy sauces, delicate salads, and Asian cuisine. It also makes an excellent aperitif.
