5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payment is processed through secure third-party providers. An order is only confirmed once payment has been received and processed, or — for an approved wholesale credit account — once it is accepted under our Wholesale Credit Terms.
6. Order Acceptance
Placing an order does not constitute acceptance. Before you confirm an order, you will see the goods, the total price, taxes, delivery charges and the main terms, with a chance to review and correct your order before it is sent. We will send you an electronic confirmation and keep a record of your order.
Adriatic reserves the right to:
- Accept or decline any order
- Cancel orders due to stock unavailability
- Cancel orders due to pricing or system errors
If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued. Your rights to cancel, return goods or receive a refund under the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act are not affected by anything in these Terms.
7. Delivery
Delivery is subject to our Delivery Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control.
8. Returns and Refunds
Returns are governed by our Return Policy and in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, layouts, photographs, graphics, branding, catalogues and software — belongs to Adriatic or our licensors. Browsing or buying from this site does not transfer any ownership to you; you may view it for your own personal or business use.
