Straw-yellow in colour, with fine perlage and excellent persistence. On the nose, the scent is predominantly floral with delicate balsamic notes.
The freshness component, linked to excellent acidity, prevails on the palate. The final persistence is moderately long.
It is a Franciacorta that, thanks to its acidic persistence, pairs well with rich and complex dishes, cured meats, fatty cheeses, or as a simple aperitif.
