Mancini pasta is made using durum wheat grown and harvested by the company itself. Crafted with just two ingredients — semolina and water — it reflects true simplicity and quality.
The dough is shaped using traditional circular bronze dies and the Spaghettini is slowly dried over 24 hours at low temperatures, ranging from 36°C to 46°C.
Each strand measures 1.8 mm in diameter and 260 mm in length, with an ideal cooking time of 7 to 9 minutes.
