Mancini pasta is crafted from durum wheat grown directly on the farm, using only two simple ingredients: semolina and water.
The Penne Lisce is shaped through traditional circular bronze dies and carefully dried for 22 hours at low temperatures, ranging from 36°C to 55°C, to preserve its flavour and texture.
Each piece measures 45 mm in length and 8.5 mm in width, with an ideal cooking time of 8–10 minutes.
