WishlistChiarli’s Gran Gala is a semi-sweet (amabile) sparkling Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOC. It is an intense red with a vinous, fruity aroma and a lively, deep pink foam that fades quickly.
The grapes are crushed in the traditional way and macerated for 36 hours, fermented at 18–20°C, and the wine gains its sparkle from a second fermentation in sealed tanks. Enjoy it with typical Emilian cuisine, or as a dessert wine.
