Riscossa Canneroni Rigati are large, ridged tubes of durum wheat semolina pasta. The ridges and wide hollow centre hold on to sauce, making them a good match for hearty meat ragù, rich tomato sauces and oven-baked pasta dishes.
Riscossa’s traditional dry pasta is made from durum wheat semolina and processed according to the traditional method in use since 1902. Cook in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente, following the time on the pack.
