Mancini Mezze Maniche – A True Taste of Italian Craftsmanship
In the rolling hills of Le Marche, Italy, Mancini Mezze Maniche is born from a deep respect for the land and the timeless art of pasta-making. Grown, harvested, and milled on Mancini Pastificio Agricolo’s own fields, our durum wheat reflects the character of each season, creating a pasta that is both genuine and alive with flavour.
Crafted from just semolina and water, the dough is shaped through traditional circular bronze dies, giving the pasta its distinctive rustic texture — ideal for holding rich sauces and enhancing every bite. It is then gently dried for 22 hours at low temperatures between 36°C and 52°C, a slow process that preserves the wheat’s natural aroma, golden colour, and authentic taste.
With its short, ridged tube shape — 19.2 mm in diameter and 20 mm in length — Mezze Maniche captures every drop of sauce, making it perfect for hearty ragùs or creamy condiments.
