Mancini Fusilli Lunghi – A Spirited Expression of Italian Craftsmanship
Handcrafted with care in the rolling hills of Le Marche, Mancini Fusilli Lunghi embodies the artistry of traditional Italian pasta-making and the integrity of sustainable farming. Cultivated, milled, and shaped entirely on our own land, each strand tells the story of the season — a true grain-to-table journey rooted in place and passion.
Made from our homegrown durum wheat semolina and pure water, the dough is extruded through circular bronze dies, giving the pasta its signature rough surface — ideal for holding sauces and enhancing every flavour. It is then slowly dried for up to 22 hours at low temperatures (36°C to 52°C), a patient process that preserves its delicate aroma, rich wheat flavour, and firm texture.
With its graceful, elongated spiral form — 80 mm in length and 12 mm in diameter — Fusilli Lunghi invites you to savour the beauty of simplicity. Perfect for creamy or robust sauces, it transforms any meal into a celebration of authentic Italian craftsmanship.
