Pasta Point

Pasta Point allows for freshly made pasta to be cooked automatically in under 2 minutes.

About the machine:
The cooking tank is a unique single block. There are no junctions or sharp edges, where the build up of residuals and impurities could occurs.This allows for fast easy cleaning of the unit, and maintains a high level of hygiene.
“Pasta Point” consists of 2 independent baking baskets, with 5 cooking times, 4 that are programmable, and 1 for manual operation.
“Pasta Point” has 2 water tanks the primary tank and then a second tank that,holds 6 litres of hot water at a temperature of 80/c.The water automatically drops in temperature as it gets to the main cooking tank, This allows for the water and temperature to maintain at an optimal level and avoiding any down time.
The filling and emptying of the main and the secondary tank could be done either manually,or automatically,
There is no need for an extractor hood, and there are no external steam emitions.
The pasta unit could be operated by one person.
After the pasta has been cooked it is automatically plated ready to be dressed,there are 2 portions per basket.
The pasta point and the bain-marie both operate on 220V
